What types of classes do you offer?

We offer strength training, conditioning, boxing, mitts & bags, mobility, pilates, and youth programs. Every class is coach-led and designed for all fitness levels.

Do I need experience to join?

No! All fitness levels are welcome. Our coaches scale every workout so beginners and advanced athletes train safely and effectively.

How do I book a class?

All classes are booked through Vagaro. Just pick your class, reserve your spot, and show up ready to train.

What should I bring?

Athletic shoes, comfortable workout clothes, and water. For boxing classes, bring wraps and gloves. 

What if I don’t have my own boxing gloves?

No problem! We have loaner gloves available at the gym for beginners. If you plan to attend regularly, we recommend getting your own gloves and hand wraps for hygiene and best performance. Our coaches can help you choose the right size and style.

Do you offer a first responder discount?

Yes, we offer dedicated discounts for first responders. Contact us for verification details.


Do you have showers or change rooms?

We don’t have showers, but we do have clean washrooms that you can use for changing before and after your workout.

How do I get to the gym inside the building?

When you arrive, enter through the main doors and head up the stairs, then straight down the hall, Metabolik Fitness is clearly marked with signs. If it’s your first time and you’re unsure where to go, just give us a quick call and we’ll guide you in.

How many sessions do I need to see results?

Most people start feeling stronger and more energized within 2–3 weeks of consistent training. Visible results typically show within 4–8 weeks, depending on your goals, effort, and nutrition. Our coaches customize your training to help you progress as quickly and safely as possible.

What if I have an injury?

Let your coach know before class or your session. We can modify any workout to keep you moving safely without aggravating your injury. If you’re working with a physiotherapist or athletic therapist, we’ll tailor your training to support their recommendations.

What is your class cancellation policy?

Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the start time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or the loss of a class credit. If you’re added from the waitlist, the same rules apply.

What is your appointment cancellation policy?

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session rate or lose the session credit. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show.
